Congratulations to the class of 2016!! 41 outstanding young people earned their diplomas this year. An additional 16 students earned their GED. Each student worked hard this year and, most importantly, never gave up on themselves.
Jesnie Lugo is the highest ranking graduate of the class of 2016. She won scholarships from Incarnate Word University, the Texas Education Agency, and the Alamo Heights Rotary Club.
GED graduate Christian Godinez earned a scholarship from the Alamo Heights Rotary Club.
Hannah Cortez won scholarships from the University of the Incarnate Word and the Alamo Colleges Young Leaders Conference. Hannah is pictured with her mentor of three years, Sarah Simister.
