Congratulations to HMC Child Development Center teacher Mary Franco for winning the 2018 Early Head Start Jule Sugarman Distinguished Staff Award! Mary considers working with children her calling and has been serving the children of our community with compassion and kindness for over 20 years. We are so blessed to have her as a part of our Healy-Murphy family!
The award is named for Head Start Founder Jule Sugarman in order for parents/guardians to honor direct services staff who exceed expectations and contribute to the success and growth of the City of San Antonio Department of Human Services Head Start program every day.
